My Handmade Creations takes the privacy of your personal information very seriously. We will not sell or rent your personal information to any third parties.

Financial Transactions: My Handmade Creations will not have access to your private payment information.  All financial transactions go through Paypal's secure payment processing.  Once you add items to your shopping cart, you will be checked out via PayPal.  After your order is submitted, we receive confirmation of your order which includes your email address and your mailing address. This information is kept confidential.  Please visit www.paypal.com for more information. 

Customers: We occassionally send emails to customers inviting them to participate in contests. Over the last 12 months, we only sent 2 emails out, so you can be assured we will not overload your inbox!  However, if at anytime you receive an email from us, and wish to be removed from future mailings, please reply to that message with the words "unsubscribe" in the subject line.

Returns:  Items can be returned or exchanged within 14 days of the ship date for the original sales price; shipping is non-refundable.  Return shipping is the responsibility of the buyer.  We're sorry, but personalized items are non-refundable.
