My Handmade Creations and its owner take the privacy of your personal information very seriously. We will not sell or rent your personal information to any third parties.

Financial Transactions: My Handmade Creations will not have access to your private payment information.  All financial transactions are completed through Paypal's secure payment processing.  After you submit your order, PayPal sends us payment confirmation detailing your order which includes your email and mailing addresses. Customers: We may occasionally send emails to our customers inviting them to view new items or participate in contests. However, if at anytime you receive an email from us, and wish to be removed from future mailings, please reply to that message with the words "unsubscribe" in the subject line.

Returns:  Items can be returned or exchanged within 14 days of the ship date for the original sales price; shipping is non-refundable.  Return shipping is the responsibility of the buyer.  We're sorry, but personalized items are non-refundable.
